BHS grad Taylor Haug launches fitness book

Taylor Haug, a 2014 graduate of Brockport High School, has written a book called Become One: Become the Best Version of Yourself Through Fitness.

Haug, 21, of Hamlin, attends Hilbert College in Buffalo where he plays baseball.  He is also a black belt in karate, certified personal trainer and teaches martial arts and kids fitness classes.

It's been a longtime goal of Haug's to write a book about his own fitness journey to help inspire others.

From 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 1, Haug will officially launch his book at S and S Fitness and Martial Arts Center, 49 King St., Hamlin.

The event is free and open to the public. 

Additionally, S and S will hold a free open house from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. that evening.  Kids interested in taking karate classes are invited to attend (5:30 to 6:15 for ages 2 - 8 and 6:30 to 7:15 for ages 9 and up).
